Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday).
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

1. Shipping Cost & Rates

We provide standard shipping within the United States at a flat rate of $15.00 per order. This cost will be clearly displayed and added to your total at the checkout page before you complete your payment via PayPal.

2. Shipping Locations

Currently, Noretta ships to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted local and national carriers to ensure your bags arrive safely. Our primary shipping partners include:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • UniUni

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. For security, we cannot modify the delivery address once the order has been processed or shipped.
