At Noretta, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your handbag, we are here to help. Our return policy is straightforward and designed to be fair to our customers.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Bags damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@noretta.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Shipping Costs & Fees

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@noretta.shop. In such cases, we will ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund without additional costs to you.
