At Noretta, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process.

14-Day Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their items. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition as delivered.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Packed in original packaging.
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact our support team at support@noretta.shop within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including the return address.

Return Label
If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong item), the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Noretta provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Please ensure items are securely packaged.

Return Method
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Return instructions and address will be provided after approval.

Currency
All payments and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Restocking Fee
Noretta does not charge restocking fees. Refunds or exchanges will be for the full item value excluding shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and report any problems immediately to support@noretta.shop. Include order number and clear photos. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available. Return the original item and once received and approved, we will process your exchange.

Change of Mind
You may request a return within 14 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made bags
  • Final sale items
  • Used or damaged items

Processing Time
Once your return is received, inspection takes 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly. Processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons.
